John Powhida was the leader of boston band The Rudds and now heads John Powhida International Airport. He has sung on recordings by The Click Five, Peter Wolf, and Sarah Borges and has three brand new EPs available for your enjoyment on Paul Kolderie’s Camp Street label. BBC: What Boston rockers, past or present, would you most like to have a One Night Band with?

JPo: So many are still active. Any members of The Neighborhoods, The
Upper Crust or The Gentlemen.

BBC: What Boston rockers, past or present, would you most fear having a One Night Band with?

JPo: G.G. Allin

BBC: What is your normal song or part writing process? Will writing
three songs in a single day drastically differ from your usual approach to creating music?

JPo: I never collaborate with people for the most part, so this will
be unique and challenging!

BBC: What Boston band do you have the biggest crush on right now?

JPo: Andrea Gillis Band of course!
